    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes. All books can be shipped worldwide.

    Why do I see seperate shipping rates?

    To keep costs and fees as low as possible, I use Bookvault (Special Editions) and Lulu (regular editions) as P.O.D. systems to offer the books. However, as they are seperate companies, they calculate their own shipping fees.

    Why are not all ebooks available in the webshop?

    If books are enrolled in KDP and available on KU, there's an exclusivity clause that cannot be breached, meaning the ebooks can only be offered exclusively on Amazon. 

    With newer releases I stopped enrolling them, however, older releases are still available on KU, for now. 

    Will the ebook be deliverd straight to my ereader?

    Unfortunately not. I use BookFunnel to deliver the ebook. That way you can either read it in the BookFunnel app, or you can grab the ebook and upload it to your ereader of choice.

    Are your banned books available on the webshop?

    Yes. All books that are removed from Amazon can be purchased here. My individual releases will carry a stamp to indicate they are a website exclusive. 

    What does a "banned" book mean?

    Banned means a book is removed by other parties such as Amazon, Draft2Digital etc. due to violation of their guidelines. This can happen to any book, whether it's due to reporting by people, or because there's a hit  on e.g., keywords by their automated tools.

    The result is that the book can no longer be sold via those channels. 

    Can I buy signed/ personalized copies as well?

    Can I bring bought books to an event to be signed?

    Yes, of course!

    Will you have book plates available?

    Yes, I'm looking into that, and how to offer that the easiest way.

    Will there be merchandise available?

    Yes, at some point. Keep your eyes peeled for anything new!
